Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information.

I may reference client relationships at a high level unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks and materials remain my property.

You may use deliverables for internal purposes only and may not share them externally without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or reputation. Total liability is limited to fees paid.
